Meadow's pictures from the Martin Festival.

Lauren sent me these pictures after "Meadow" (her new barn name) stood GRAND CHAMPION at an open show, earning her first PAC points!!! WhooHoo! Congratulations Lauren, she looks terrific!

Congratulations to Lauren Maddox on her purchase of "Moon". This filly is destined to continue her career in the show pen and I can't wait to see those pictures. Good luck with her Lauren!

Thanks Beth for handling her at the Sunnyside show! Photo credit Mary Rogan Photography

Moon was born April 15, 2006. Her sire is Lucky Skip Shy and her dam is Easter Maiden, a 15.2H Skipa Star bred APHA mare. Moon looks just like her daddy and we are so happy to have a colored filly out of Skip's last foal crop. Moon is absolutely stunning with her dark chestnut coloring and blue eyes. She draws a crowd wherever she goes.

Short video of Moon lunging can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rA6pvNT1mfA

News Flash! Moon is now a show veteran and futurity money winner! She placed 3rd Overall at the Carolina Classic Futurity in Arden. She also placed 2nd in her all age mares class at the Sunnyside Open show. The weekend before we also took her to the Johnston County Open show where she showed very well, earning a 1st out of 8 in most Colorful and placing 2nd behind her sister, Im Obviously Spotless in the 2 & under, beating several yearlings. What a terrific first show. Thanks to Shon Hines for handling her for me.
