I've recently discovered a way to merge my two favorite pastimes - horses and web design. I have 10 years of experience in web design and would love to talk to you about designing a site just for your farm, stable or business. My sites are created in FrontPage which keeps things simple and cost effective. You won't find a lot of bells, whistles and fancy graphics on my sites - what you will find are sites that are easy to maintain and simple to navigate. Please take a moment to visit some of the sites I've done:

bulletWagon Wheel Ranch in Lodi, California. Home of APHA World Champion "Top Speed".
bulletMartinganza - AQHA show and futurity with online stall reservations
bulletRegion Q Workforce Development Board (not horse related)
bulletRiding for Miracles - Children's Miracle Network Benefit show
bulletJust Horsin' Round - Open Horse Show site with online entries
bullet Triangle Wide Horseman's Association - Open Horse Show Circuit
bulletHoneysuckle Haven Farm - APHA HUS breeder
bulletRed Oak Paints - my farm web site

Everyone's first question is "What's it going to cost?" The answer greatly depends on exactly what you want done. A simple site with 3-5 pages, a standard design and relatively few graphics will run you between $200-$400. A more complex site can run much higher than that - just depending on exactly what you want. All fees are negotiable depending on your needs and could be in the $100 range for a single, simple page.  Once your site is created we'll discuss a yearly or per update maintenance fee, depending on your specific needs. Since your site will be created in the user-friendly FrontPage software you may even decide to handle updates on your own. Of course, I'm always just a phone call or email away.

Regardless of what your site design costs you will have to buy server space and a domain name. Server space, right now, is going for less than $10/month and the domain name will cost $20/year. When I design web sites for clients I prefer that they buy their own web space using their contact information so the renewals will always come to them - it gives the client a little more control that way. In some cases you may decide not to purchase a domain name and web space, in these cases you can host your site on the free space provided by your Internet Service Provider. This is cheaper but you are usually limited to a personal, not business site, and you won't have your own domain name. Either way you decide to go I'll walk you through every step!
